Alzheimer’s Caregiver's Survival Guide

Caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s disease can be physically challenging, emotionally draining and isolating. On Saturday, Nov. 16, Baptist Memorial Health Care Foundation and Page Robbins will partner to offer a free workshop for caregivers. Diabetes Education and Support

Baptist's Diabetes Education Center offers diabetes management programs and services at the Baptist Medical Group Outpatient Care Center. Counseling and classes are available for youths and adults who are at risk of developing diabetes, newly diagnosed with diabetes or dealing with diabetes during pregnancy. Baptist Operation Outreach Clinic for the Homeless

Did you know Baptist is one of the largest providers of health care for the homeless in Memphis, Tennessee? In partnership with Christ Community Health Services, Baptist Operation Outreach provides free acute and primary care, disease management support, medication, prevention information and transportation to and from medical appointments to Memphians without permanent housing.

If you know of someone without permanent housing who needs health care or help accessing resources, please refer them to Baptist Operation Outreach by calling 901-842-3167 or visiting the webpage
